  • So interesting! I gotta say, a piatles body rocks. And I’m into anything that keeps me interested, is challenging but doable, and allows me to track progress. I’m not a natural exerciser I’m not tough mentally or physically, so it always takes effort to do anything. Funny, because I’ve never done piatles I would love to work that into my activities.Hmmmmm too bad you’re so far away!
