Kickstart Your Pilates: Day 1 Kickstart Your Pilates: Day 1 This Day One workout is going to go over all of the fundamentals required for the Pilates mat work. We are going to cover establishing neutral spine which is the ideal alignment to perform the exercises. We will also learn how to correctly engage your "Powerhouse", commonly known as your core, and also the breathing technique used to enhance the exercises. We will be practicing the very fundamental exercises and performing them with precision and flow.
