Kickstart Your Pilates: Day 13 Kickstart Your Pilates: Day 13 Day thirteen, there are just two more days to go! However, this is only the beginning, now that you've built these strong foundations we are going to keep pushing on and continue to strengthen our Pilates practice. For today, we are simply going to build on what we did yesterday. We are going to increase the repetitions to six per exercise, slowly and gradually building your endurance, strength and technique!
