Winter Weight Sculpting Routine Winter Weight Sculpting Routine This routine was filmed in the incredible Swiss Alps, a little taster of what we have to come for the upcoming Winter Challenge! We're going to be using 1 kg (2 lb) weights to really sculpt, tone and define your entire body adding that extra little bit of resistance so you'll see the extra results! This is the perfect routine to maintain a strong, toned, defined figure during the colder weather!
