We are going to be doing a FANTASTIC workout that will strengthen, lengthen and tone the entire body. We will be working our core, every inch of lower body and finishing off with some incredible upper body sculpting moves! All you'll need is a pair of 0.5 kg (1lb) hand weights, no weights? No problem! A couple of cans of baked beans, tinned tomatoes, water bottles or anything else you have on hand are the perfect substitute!
